Making a start

My stock is starting to arrive and I am doing my best to set up a system that will work if Flossie starts to grow.

I'm keeping all invoices safe for the dreaded bookkeeping and assessing suppliers service and whether I will use them again - also the quality of their items.

Some appliques and buttons have been appalling quality and so they will not be finding their way into my shop.

I've started building a website but its very slow going - I struggle to download music onto my phone so setting up links and images is testing me but I am determined to do it all myself (well I've got no choice because of funds !)

I' decided to start at first with etsy and I have managed to list 11 button designs so far.

The weather is rubbish for taking more photos today so I've come to a standstill where listing is concerned so have spent the day working out ribbon storage ideas as they are all becoming a bit tangled in the box together.

If you want to have a look so far heres the link for Flossie and Tom

New Beginnings

This summer while we were travelling round France and Holland I saw so many beautiful craft supplies that I had never seen here in the UK. I have wanted to have a little business for some time so during the long relaxing moments of our break decided that I would love to try and buy some of these wonderful products for all my bloggy friends to buy. I've decided to keep the sales as a separate blog as I know a lot of people do not enjoy blogs that seem to just promote their business. It will be a slow start up as I wait for items to be delivered and also build up the funds to buy more and more stock. I hope that once it gets going it will be somewhere that you love to stop by, to have a look, get a little inspiration and maybe buy something to add to your creations. Love Sara
